Tripp is a Memphis native and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. His practice is focused in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Entity Formation.
After joining Byrne & Associates as an associate attorney in 2017, Tripp assisted with the growth of the firm from two offices to five in the midsouth region. Tripp became a shareholder in the firm in 2023 and the firm became known as Byrne Westmoreland, PLLC.
Tripp has also used his extensive background in probate and estate law to help further develop the firm’s growing estate planning practice. After counseling hundreds of clients through the estate planning process, Tripp has developed an expertise in revocable trust-centered estate planning.
Tripp is an active affiliate member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. As an instructor of numerous courses at MAAR, Tripp also plays a part in the firm’s commitment to realtor education.
